What this is
PolyLARPet is a parody, novelty paper-trading simulator. You pay cryptocurrency to receive an activation key that unlocks a fake prediction-market dashboard for the duration of your tier. No real markets, no real bets, no real payouts.

Not gambling, not financial advice
Nothing on PolyLARPet constitutes financial, legal, tax or investment advice. There is no prize pool, no winners and no losers — only fake P&L on a screen. Do not make real-world decisions based on anything that happens inside the dashboard.
Payments and refunds
Payments are made in cryptocurrency to a wallet we control. Once your activation key is issued, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, market conditions, or having accidentally larped yourself broke. If the product genuinely fails to deliver what was promised, contact us and we'll make it right.
Acceptable use
Don't use PolyLARPet to defraud anyone (e.g. screenshotting fake P&L to solicit real investments), to impersonate real traders in a way that causes harm, or to violate any law in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for whether using a novelty crypto-checkout product is legal where you live.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise uptime, accuracy of simulated prices, or that your jokes will land in Discord.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to PolyLARPet is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
